पुस्तकालय और पढ़ने का अधिकार: इस तिमाही में, हमने लेखक वार्ता, और आवासीय कार्यशालाएं, बोक्स फॉर ऑल कार्यक्रम द्वारा आयोजित विशेष बुकबॉक्स और सभी एफएलएन पुस्तकालयों के लिए समेकित पुस्तक खरीद का आयोजन किया। हमने मुफ़्त, न्यायसंगत और समावेशी पुस्तकालयों की हमारी मांग को स्पष्ट करते हुए एक पीपुल्स पॉलिसी के बारे में सोचने, डिजाइन करने और लिखने के लिए परामर्श प्रक्रिया भी शुरू की। यहां फ्री लाइब्रेरीज़ जिंदाबाद है – हमारी पिछली तिमाही का पुनर्कथन और हमें यह प्रतिबिंबित करने के लिए आमंत्रित करना – उत्पीड़ित समुदायों की जरूरतों को पूरा करने और प्रदान करने में हमारे पुस्तकालयों की क्या भूमिका है।
Libraries and the Right to Read: In this quarter, we had author talks, and residential workshops, special bookboxes organized by the Boks For All program, and consolidated book purchases for all FLN libraries. We also began the consultative process to think, design and write a Peoples Policy articulating our demand for free, just, and inclusive libraries. Here is Free Libraries Zindabad- recapping our last quarter and inviting us to reflect- what is our libraries role in providing and serving the needs of oppressed communities.

नि:शुल्क पुस्तकालय आंदोलन: जबकि हमारे पास दिलचस्प कार्यशालाएं, लेखक और प्रकाशक वार्ताएं थीं, इस तिमाही का मुख्य आकर्षण दिल्ली में आयोजित पुस्तकालय महोत्सव था। पढ़ें कि कैसे हम एक साथ आए और ज़ोर से और स्पष्ट रूप से कहा कि पढ़ना एक अधिकार है। दो अद्भुत एफ.एल. एन पुस्तकालयों- चेतना ट्रस्ट और चंद्रप्रभा सैकियानी नारीवादी पुस्तकालय के बारे में भी पढ़ें और उनके काम में उनका समर्थन करें।
Free Library Movement: While we had interesting workshops, author and publisher talks, the highlight of this quarter was coming together as a collective at the Festival of Libraries held in Delhi. सभी का स्वागत है! हमारे न्यूज़लेटर का अंक 2 यह दर्शाता है कि पुस्तकालयों में समावेश का क्या अर्थ है और एफ.एल.एन पुस्तकालय इसका अभ्यास कैसे करते हैं। अप्रैल-जून 22 में एफ.एल.एन कार्यक्रमों और कार्यशालाओं के साथ एक संगठन के रूप में हमारे विकास के बारे में भी पढ़ें। एफ.एल.एन को इस तिमाही में पंजीकृत किया गया था और इनके समर्थन प्रयासों में वृद्धि हुई। असम, दिल्ली, राजस्थान और उत्तराखंड के चार एफ.एल.एन सदस्य पुस्तकालयों के बारे में पढ़ें और जानिए कि पुस्तकालयों में बच्चे क्या पढ़ रहे हैं।

एफ.एल.एन ज़िंदाबाद! हमारे संगठन के नूज़्लेटर का सबसे पहला इशू अब हाज़िर है। ये नूज़्लेटर हर ३ महीने निकलेगा। इसमें हमारे संगठन और उनके मेम्बर के बारे में दिलचस्प जानकारी भी होगी और फ़्री-लाइब्रेरी आंदोलन से जुड़े ठोस मुद्दों पर विचार भी।
This is very first issue of the FLN newsletter. We hope to publish it every 3 months, covering news and events from libraries and members, as well as information on books, policies and best practices.
